Senior Team Lead

Silicon Ranch Corporation in Tullahoma, TN is seeking a Solar PV Operations and Maintenance Area Lead III to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across a defined set of solar facilities, ensuring reliability of PV systems, UPS, SCADA, substations, and MV/HV/OHE. The ideal candidate has PV O&M experience at utility-scale, on-site management experience for 100 MW+ facilities, OSHA 30 and CPR/BLS certifications within 4 weeks, and NEC/NFPA70E knowledge.
