Attorney - Estate Planning and Governmental Defense

Duties: Provide legal counsel in estate planning and governmental defense matters. Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings.

Requirements: Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license, in good standing. 0-10 years of experience in estate planning and governmental defense. Education Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications: Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
