Unified Industries Incorporated (UII) has an immediate opening for an experienced, team-oriented leader to serve as Senior Calibration Program Coordinator supporting the US Navy TRIDENT/SSGN/COLUMBIA Submarine Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) LifeCycle Support (LCS) and Calibration Program. Reporting to the Vice President, Metrology and Systems Support (MSS) Division, the Senior Coordinator handles day-to-day coordination and liaison with the government customer on program tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with other Calibration Program Coordinators to produce documents, correspondence, and e-mail traffic supporting the Division VP and the TMDE LCS Program
  • Provide daily coordination and liaison with the government customer, various Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) branches, and teams within the MSS Division to accomplish program tasks
  • Review, edit, and prepare SSP correspondence, documents, and products for submission to the customer
  • Develop administrative, TMDE LCS, and Calibration Program status information for customer and MSS management review
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience in Navy-oriented operations and program management
  • Knowledge and experience in calibration and test equipment
  • Proven record of documenting program requirements, tracking and reporting action items to successful resolution, and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office to draft and finalize correspondence, management reports, and customer briefings/spreadsheets
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance Desired:
  • At least one tour of duty on an SSBN or SSN (TRIDENT preferred)
  • Knowledge of SSP administrative and operating procedures
