Frontier AI Hardware Engineer

Etched is building hardware for frontier AI, designing chips, boards, racks, and software in San Jose. You will create agents that translate requirements into verified electrical and mechanical designs, using CAD/EDA tools and simulations, and iterating with engineers to push design autonomy. You will drive tool integrations, manage design constraints, and ship agent-generated designs with manufacturing teams, measuring improvements in cycle time and hardware performance.
