We analyze client needs, develop strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve business performance. In product development and manufacturing, you will focus on improving processes, reducing costs, and leveraging digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. Implement lean manufacturing principles and optimize supply chain integration. Leverage digital technologies such as digital twins, IoT, and cloud solutions to drive manufacturing excellence. Lead and develop high-performing, diverse teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing or related fields. Proven success in project management and client consultation within manufacturing or product development sectors. Experience with digital manufacturing applications (MES, QMS, CMMS), digital twin, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information: Salary range: $130,000 - $256,000 plus discretionary bonus. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, paid leave, and more. Applications accepted until filled.
