Job Description: Registered Nurse - ERScheduleNight shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00).Assignment Details
Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience required.
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
Skills required: Ability to obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, starting and maintaining IVs, and administering emergency medications. Must float to all community hospital ER units as needed. Home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility. No pending licenses accepted. Limit RTO restrictions to no more than 7 days.
Responsibilities: Assess and manage patients presenting with a variety of conditions in the emergency department. Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care. Administer medications and carry out treatment plans according to established protocols. Document patient care and progress accurately in the electronic medical record. Respond to emergencies and perform basic life support as needed.
