Key responsibilities:
Lead and support continuous improvement projects by identifying process breakdowns and recommending corrective actions
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of process changes and make necessary adjustments
Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, preferably in a large health system
2+ years of experience in process improvement or analytics roles
2+ years of Epic experience in a leadership or analyst capacity
CRCR certification required or must be obtained within 3-6 months
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
