Solar Land Development Lead

Paradise Energy Solutions is a family-owned, full-service solar company serving the mid-Atlantic since 2009. We're seeking a Land Development Coordinator to manage early-stage project development for commercial and utility-scale renewable energy projects. You will be the central link between landowners, AHJs, engineering teams, and construction managers, guiding site due diligence, permitting, and stakeholder coordination to transform raw land into construction-ready sites.
