Assembly

What You'll Do: Assemble Products: Cut, fabricate, and build metal and glass window frames using hand and power tools. Read Drawings: Follow basic shop drawings and blueprints to build parts correctly. Operate Equipment: Load and unload materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, or by hand. Pack & Move: Inspect finished frames, package them for shipping, stage inventory, and handle glass safely. Clean & Organize: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe every day. Schedule & Hours

Shift: 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday (1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM).3-Day Weekends: Enjoy Fridays off, with overtime available!

What You Need: High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).1–2 years of basic factory, assembly, or shop experience. Ability to read basic instructions, do simple math, and use a computer. Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and lift 30 to 60 lbs. Basic CNC machine experience or willingness to follow machine instructions is a plus.#IND1
