Document patient interactions and update insurance information in the patient record for accurate billing
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
No prior experience required; preferred experience with hospital authorizations and health insurance knowledge
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with payment compliance and financial assistance options
