Real Estate Manager - International Retailer

You will lead site selection, negotiate leases and manage multiple deals through execution, then work with Construction and support store openings. This is an onsite position, five days per week and will require US wide travel.

DUTIES: Build and assess a pipeline of priority US retail sites at prime retail locations nationallyFull ownership of current and future leasesOwn deal reporting, approvals, critical dates and risksBuild and manage landlord, developer and broker relationshipsTrack delivery of store openingsSKILLS & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree or 10+ years relevant experienceStrong relationships with high end mall owner-operators and retail brokersProven ability to manage a high-volume deal pipeline and bring deals through negotiation to store openingSound financial skillsAble to travel across the US regularlyCULTUREA fast-moving, growth-focused environment where people take ownership and work closely across teams. The business values in-person collaboration, with employees onsite five days per week. You will need to be comfortable making decisions, managing competing deadlines and adapting as priorities and processes evolve.
