Leasing & Community Services Specialist

Enterprise Community Partners seeks a property leasing specialist to implement sales and marketing activities on and off site to meet occupancy goals. You will show and lease apartments, qualify residents per program requirements, and manage renewals while ensuring compliance with the Fair Housing Act. You will interact with residents and staff, handle rent collections, maintain records, and prepare operational reports.
