Senior Event Producer - Keynote

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Must be able to commute to Dunwoody location. ***Keynote Production Expertise Required Hartmann Studios—an employee-owned, full-service event strategy, design, and production company is looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join our Event Production Team. If you thrive at the intersection of creative vision, operational excellence, and large‑scale event production, this is a role where you can truly shine. As a Senior Producer, you'll lead the development and execution of high-profile, complex programs for Fortune 500 clients. You’ll shape the narrative, craft powerful experiences, and guide cross-functional teams from concept to reconciliation. What We’re Especially Looking For: Deep experience producing keynote/general session programming — from speaker support and show flow, to AV direction, content development, staging, and backstage leadership. Ability to craft compelling event narratives and deliver flawless mainstage moments that drive engagement and elevate the brand. What You’ll Own: Lead program operations, creative execution, budgets (often $1M+), and workflow Build strategic, senior-level client relationships Coach and mentor team members while overseeing cross-functional collaboration Manage large-scale live event elements including AV, stage production, breakouts, registration, and vendor sourcing (domestic & international) Drive proposals, pitches, and new business opportunities Ensure programs meet Hartmann Studios’ high bar for quality, innovation, and brand impact
