Real Estate Title and Survey Senior Attorney

Duties: Lead and coordinate title and survey review for the Real Estate practice. Review title commitments and related documents, analyzing and summarizing title exceptions. Collaborate with deal attorneys to evaluate title matters and develop practical solutions. Manage the title and survey review process across multiple transactions. Supervise and mentor paralegals responsible for title and survey review. Advise attorneys on complex title insurance and survey matters.

Requirements: Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a large law firm or national title company. Strong understanding of title insurance and survey matters. Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Education Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications: Member of the Bar in the United States. Skills Excellent communication and analytical skills. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
