APRN – Crisis Stabilization & Mental Health Care (CT)

CHR Career Opportunities is seeking an experienced APRN for the REST Center in Willimantic, CT. This full-time role provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and crisis stabilization within a multidisciplinary team. You will work Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm, collaborating with an agency MD and community partners to deliver person-centered care and coordinate transition to appropriate levels of care within a 24/7 system.
