This role is responsible for ensuring that the device insurance and warranty program activities are accurately presented under US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. T-Mobile's insurance and warranty program entity produces stand-alone financial statements as well as consolidating with T-Mobile's overall financial statements. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a solid foundation in accounting, financial statement preparation and controls, and strong critical thinking, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Core functions will include monthly close responsibilities, SOX and financial audit compliance, process improvements and other projects as needed within the team. This position can work with finance and operations teams throughout the company including Product & Technology, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Accounting Policy, SOX and across Operational Accounting teams to ensure proper accounting, reporting and control environment.

Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
