Temporary Customer Service & Handover Coordinator

Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking a professional for a 9-11 months contract to support post-handover processes for residential flats. You will perform pre-handover defects checks and coordinate defect rectification with owners and vendors. You will handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, assist in sales operations, and provide logistics, administrative and clerical support as required. Weekend hours may be required.
