Steep-Roof Field Inspector — Independent Contractor

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking a RoofField Inspector to join our independent contractor network in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will inspect steep and high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and conduct underwriting property inspections using advanced tools. The role is an Independent Contractor position with requirement to transport at least a 32’ ladder and possess or obtain a Lidar device. Roofing/insurance background is a plus but not required.
