Disability Claims QA Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Assess the quality of physician reports to ensure compliance with client and jurisdictional standards for long-term disability claims Verify that claims align with physicians' determinations and apply policy guidelines to evaluate eligibility for long-term disability Provide oversight for complex cases requiring additional review and deliver timely, error-free quality assurance

Required Qualifications: Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 5 years of claims experience, with a focus on disability claims Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred Self-motivated with a strong drive for performance excellence Proficiency in various computer programs, including Google Chrome and Google Docs
