Bilingual Sleep Clinician RN

Key responsibilities: Coach and educate patients on the importance of using prescribed devices and the consequences of untreated OSA Coordinate the delivery of medical equipment and healthcare services while ensuring high standards of service delivery through follow-up quality questions Collect and enter accurate patient and provider information into the compliance platform and communicate order status to relevant parties

Required qualifications: Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Multi State Registered Nurse Compact License Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in both oral and written communication Ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously Flexibility to adapt to changes and work varying schedules, including one weekend a month Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude while collaborating with diverse teams
