Role Description:
This is a 1099 contract role for a Maintenance Technician based at Lake Anna. You'll travel between our vacation rental homes performing general repairs, hot tub and pool maintenance, light remodel and install work, and quick same-day fixes between guest stays. Pay is $35 to $50 per hour, weekly. You set your own schedule and accept the jobs you want.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on handyman, maintenance, or trades experience Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry Comfortable maintaining hot tubs and pools (training available)Your own truck, tools, and smartphone Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Highly responsive, especially for time-sensitive turn-day requests Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors or outdoors Located within 45 minutes of Lake Anna (Mineral, Bumpass, Spotsylvania, Louisa)
Bonus: pool/spa certification, smart home experience, hospitality background
