About the Role: The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel with a focus on product and partnerships. This role is pivotal in the establishment of a dedicated product legal function, providing strategic legal guidance to the teams involved in the design, development, and market introduction of the company's products. The successful candidate will be responsible for counseling on legal matters throughout the product lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on strategic transactions and partnerships.
