CHURRASCOS CATERING SERVER/BARTENDER/STEWARD

Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout events Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes and safety guidelines Set up and break down catering stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and timely service Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and service stations as required, load-in and load-outs from our commissary kitchen.

Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in catering, bartending, or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service practices (TABC Certificate Required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours Professional appearance and positive attitude We foster a lively, team-oriented environment where growth and development are encouraged.
