Winston Taylor seeks an Associate Director to lead the lateral partner recruiting operations and drive excellence across the firm’s recruiting programs. You will partner with Managing Director and practice group leaders to shape strategy and ensure a superior candidate experience. Lead the Partner Recruiting and Attorney Intelligence & Research teams, applying data-driven insights to optimize processes, governance, and collaboration with Attorney Integration and other departments.
