We accomplish our mission by incorporating data and technology with hyperlocal customer service to all units.About the RoleThe Capex Associate will oversee and manage capital expenditure projects across our Chicago portfolio. This role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our properties through unit turns, property upgrades, inspection repairs, and other capital improvements. The Capex Associate will manage the full project lifecycle—from initial bidding and scope development through execution and closeout—while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
