Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities: Manage and support all phases of litigation in federal and state courts. Draft and argue substantive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other court filings. Conduct legal research and develop case strategy. Handle written discovery, depositions, and witness preparation. Prepare for and participate in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Work directly with clients and opposing counsel on complex litigation matters.

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Judicial clerkship experience required. Approximately 4+ years of litigation experience at a law firm, government agency, or comparable legal setting. Experience handling complex litigation matters and managing significant case responsibilities. Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Admission to the applicable state bar, or ability to obtain admission promptly.
