Adecco Staffing is working with a leading medical device manufacturing company in Mansfield, MA to bring on experienced Cleanroom Assemblers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has strong attention to detail. The company offers a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment where employees play an important role in producing high-quality medical devices.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pmPay: $20.00/hour
Location: Mansfield, MA
Job Duties:
  • Assemble small and delicate medical device components in a cleanroom environment· Follow detailed work instructions, visual aids, and assembly procedures· Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete assembly operations· Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards· Perform in-process quality checks and report any defects or issues· Maintain accurate production records and documentation· Follow cleanroom procedures, including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)· Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following company safety and quality standards· Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail· Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure production schedules are met
Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred· Previous cleanroom or medical device manufacturing experience is a plus· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components· Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions· Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required PPE· Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity· Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift· Strong work ethic, reliability, and good attendance· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
