Mobile Device Engineer

Key responsibilities: Manage end-user devices by defining and assigning device policies, importing software packages, and generating device reports Perform 2nd and 3rd-level troubleshooting for device provisioning and software deployment issues, while coordinating with level-1 support groups Create documentation for configurations and support procedures, and conduct iOS Beta and General Release testing

Required qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience in a technical support role, such as technical support engineer or IT help desk technician Deep knowledge of Apple's ecosystem, including iOS troubleshooting and maintenance, and experience with Mobile Device Management systems like Intune and Workspace One Experience creating custom iOS/Mac Mobile configuration payloads and provisioning iOS devices at scale Understanding of iOS Enterprise Developer Account Management and experience with remotely troubleshooting connectivity issues Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a secure environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
