Robert Half is seeking a Talent Manager to join our Dayton team. As a Talent Manager, you'll combine business development, consultative sales, recruiting, and relationship management to help organizations find top accounting and finance talent while connecting professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients
  • Generate new business opportunities through phone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Recruit, interview, and place accounting and finance professionals
  • Match candidates with contract, contract-to-hire, project, and full-time opportunities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and support their hiring needs
  • Manage client and consultant relationships throughout engagements
  • Provide career guidance and ongoing support to candidates
  • Participate in networking and community events to expand market presence
Qualifications:
  • Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration degree preferred 1+ years of finance, accounting, or banking experience preferred 2+ years of business development experience in a metrics-driven environment, including success developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision-maker environment
  • Proven success marketing to and closing top-level decision-makers at small to mid-sized businesses while building long-term relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance department operations
  • Positive attitude with a professional, engaging, and business-minded approach
