Job Purpose: To provide personal care and attendant services for the client, in the residence and community of the client. The goal of personal and attendant care services is to help the client maintain the maximum level of independence. Caregiver will assist with daily living tasks that client or other natural supports are unable to complete. Thus, maintaining the clients ability to remain in his/her own home. Hiring Requirements: -Caregiver must:be 18 years of age or oldercomplete training in competencies and knowledge of personal care services as defined in the Idaho Training Matrix. (ACCESS Care at Home utilizes the on-line Idaho Medicaid training modules.)Pass a department of health and welfare criminal background check Have a valid drivers license and current auto insurance if providing transportation.
