Senior Frontend Engineer

Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced frontend software engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. This role contributes across the software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating across teams, mentoring other developers, and learning new technologies.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Lead frontend design, implementation, and testing for development projects. Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver new features and improve existing applications. Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and help resolve software-related questions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Improve development practices, tools, and the overall technology stack. Collaborate on integrations with backend services and support application scalability.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including building and maintaining scalable web applications. Experience developing web applications with React and Next.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Advanced proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows. Familiarity with software development tools and the ability to learn new languages and frameworks. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Experience integrating AI or machine learning capabilities into applications. Experience with mobile application development.
