Global Payroll VP/SVP - Strategy & Controls

iCapital is seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President to lead the end-to-end global payroll function, overseeing payroll operations, payroll accounting, controls, vendor governance, and risk management. This role owns the company’s global payroll strategy and operating model and directly manages a team responsible for payroll services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across jurisdictions.
