Mergers amp Acquisitions Attorney

Duties: Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents. Manage deal processes and client relationships. Supervise junior associates. Handle day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on M&A matters.

Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Strong M&A skills and experience. High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. Education Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications: Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado. Skills Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Strong client management abilities. Ability to supervise and mentor junior associates.
