Staff Accountant

What You'll Do: Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations as part of the month-end closing process. Maintain accurate general ledger records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Assist with preparing monthly financial statements and supporting schedules. Provide support with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes as needed. Assist with audits, budgeting, and other financial analysis projects. Work closely with the Finance team to help ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least one year of accounting experience preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with others.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: This position is based in a professional office environment and involves regular computer and phone use, along with occasional travel between clinic locations.
