Work Environment: This position is based entirely onsite within patient homes and requires travel within the Fort Lauderdale area. Our therapists are equipped with state-of-the-art tools for remote therapy delivery, enabling them to administer personalized care in a comfortable environment for our patients. Key Responsibilities: As a full-time Physical Therapist at Concentra Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for: Evaluating and assessing patients referred by physicians to establish a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses their specific needs. Implementing evidence-based therapeutic programs tailored across various specializations including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine care. Providing skilled care to patients in their homes, employing appropriate procedures and techniques to facilitate improvement in their condition consistent with their physician's directives. Consulting with patients and caregivers to educate them on treatment processes, providing them with the tools and resources necessary to support recovery. Building rapport with each patient to enhance their rehabilitative journey and motivate them to achieve and exceed their functional goals. Meeting organizational objectives by exceeding minimum utilization targets and demonstrating the highest standards of patient service. Patient Population / Client FocusThis role focuses on a diverse and varied patient population, ranging from children to seniors, across multiple fields of rehabilitation. You will engage with patients experiencing everything from sports injuries to chronic conditions, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs and leveraging therapeutic techniques to support their return to normal functionality.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must possess: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and valid state licensure in Florida. Graduation from an APTA- or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the skills to build rapport effectively with patients and their families. A sound foundation in word processing and computer skills to accurately document patient progress and treatment protocols.

Preferred Experience: We value a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of physical therapy. Experience in home health or outpatient therapy settings will be considered advantageous, as well as familiarity with the latest research-driven therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive set of benefits designed to support your wellness and professional development.
