Team Leader Position Work alongside other restaurant leaders, overseeing their growth and work, in order to achieve the vision of the franchise owner/operator for the restaurant. A team leader will perform in hospitality and/or kitchen operations, driving sales, profits, and morale while maintaining quality of taste, speed, cleanliness, and an attentive and courteous team. Annual earnings for the position are based on hourly wages earned in a workweek of 40 to 60 hours. Results: Lead by example Lead the team in their area of business (Operations, Kitchen, Marketing, Training, Catering, or Hospitality) Partner with the franchise owner/operator Practice profitability of food, condiments, and paper goods to ensure a profitable business Guarantee customer satisfaction at all times Engage in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issues Drive financial performance and provide feedback to leaders and suggest necessary operational actions to meet financial goals.
