The Full Time Production Assistant builds and maintains Lancaster Archery Manufacturing inventory levels to fulfill incoming orders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package all Lancaster Archery Manufacturing products
- Maintain inventory to quickly fulfill orders
- Maintain inventory levels and submit quarterly inventory reports
Other Duties:
Assist Production and Fletching Departments Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with hand tools
- Strong mathematical abilities and problem resolution skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment and adapt to frequently changing priorities
- Able to work independently and in a team
