Construction Controller — Finance Leader, WIP & Backlog

RIMEPRO INC, a growing commercial general contractor in the South Bay, seeks a Controller to lead all accounting and finance functions and manage a small team. You will report to the CFO and drive payroll, AR/AP, cash flow, and year-end close while coordinating with the CPA firm on taxes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction accounting, deep WIP and backlog analysis experience, and strong Excel skills. CA driver’s license required.
