Director, Advisor Development & Training

Jambalaya Group seeks a Director of Advisor Development to lead coaching, training, and accountability for Financial Advisors and Associate Financial Advisors. Reporting to the Managing Partner, this role strengthens advisor skills and delivers exceptional client experiences with comprehensive advice. The successful leader will combine strong people leadership with meaningful financial-services experience and an insurance background. This is a full-time, exempt position with travel as needed.
