Managing a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, the full-time or part-time Virginia Licensed Associate Attorney will provide strategic legal counsel and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions while meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.

Key responsibilities: Conduct file reviews and legal analysis of claims and causes of action Perform extensive legal research and draft briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate documents Represent clients in court, at arbitrations, and during depositions

Required qualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active license to practice law in Virginia; additional bar admissions are a plus Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant practice area Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
