HR Partner: Employee Relations & Investigations

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Partner focused on Employee Relations to conduct complex workplace investigations and advise on HR policies and programs. You will support department heads, coach managers on performance and employee concerns, and lead special projects as needed. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or HR, 2+ years of HR experience, knowledge of employment law, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
