Come build your career with BAE Systems. This is a first shift position working 6am-4:30pm on a 4/10 schedule Monday-Thursday. Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
