Beach Front Property Management Leasing Specialist
Location: Long Beach, CA (Roving: South Bay & Orange County)
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour + $350/mo Auto Allowance + Monthly Bonuses
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMHigh Earning Potential: Strong performers earn $80,000 – $85,000+ per year. Uncapped Tiered Commissions: Earn up to $300 per lease signed (resets monthly).Great Perks: $350/month auto allowance, company phone, and laptop provided.

The Opportunity: Beach Front Property Management is seeking an energetic, driven Leasing Specialist to join our Southern California team. Based out of our Long Beach office, you will travel to assigned multi-family properties across the South Bay, Orange County, and Inglewood to tour prospective residents and close leases. Commission Structure (Resets Monthly)1–5 leases: $200 per lease6–10 leases: $250 per lease11+ leases: $300 per lease (Top performers consistently hit 10+ leases/month)
What You'll Do: Conduct engaging property tours and showcase apartment amenities. Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Process lease applications, credit checks, and rental agreements. Maintain accurate lead and tenant tracking records using Yardi. Travel between assigned regional properties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in residential/multifamily apartment leasing.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work a Tuesday – Saturday schedule.
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus (not required).Reliable vehicle for traveling between regional property sites.
