EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Wellness Coach I: Associate's degree in one of the following fields (social work, health and human services, addictions studies, child development/early intervention, psychology or sociology). Range 35 Wellness Coach II: Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields (social work, health and human services, addiction studies, child development/early intervention, psychology or sociology). Range 43LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:• Valid, current California Driver's License• Evidence of Insurability• Wellness Coach I or II Certificate through the CA Dept of Health Care Access and Information (CDHCAI)This is a.875 FTE, located at the Yolo County Office of Education, and will travel within Yolo County. This position is 7 hours per day/5 days per week, Mon-Fri, and work hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Calendar I2.
