Onsite Fulfillment Center HR Leader — Talent & Compliance

Flexport is seeking an Onsite Human Resources Manager for the Lewisville, Texas Fulfillment Center. You will partner directly with FC leadership, managing all HR functions for a large, dynamic workforce to shape the employee experience and ensure compliant operations. In this role, you will lead employee relations, lifecycle management, and site-level HR programs, while ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local laws and Flexport policies.
