Banking Operations Specialist

Responsibilities: Process domestic and international wire transfers and ACH transactions. Perform loan and deposit account maintenance, including new account setup and updates. Process payments, reconcile reports, and maintain accurate records. Research and resolve transaction discrepancies and customer inquiries. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Balance multiple back-office responsibilities while providing excellent internal customer service.

Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent banking experience preferred. Bilingual preferred - English & Spanish 2+ years of experience in wire transfers, ACH, or banking operations. Knowledge of banking operations and payment processing. Strong attention to detail, organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
