Key responsibilities:
Lead planning, budgeting, and reporting by collaborating with stakeholders to develop forecasts and establish reporting packages
Design and build scalable financial processes, implementing best practices and financial planning software
Partner with cross-functional teams to enable informed business decisions and manage budgeting across the organization
Required qualifications:
4+ years of experience in FP&A or financial operations at a high-growth startup or tech company, including 2+ years in people management
Knowledge of financial systems and processes with a focus on continuous improvement
Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and expense forecasting
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and build structured processes
Desire to work in a high-growth, mission-driven startup environment
