Associate Merchandiser

Please note: this is an on-site position in Midtown Manhattan where we work in office 5 days/week!

Key Responsibilities: Support the Merchandising team in achieving departmental sales, margin, and inventory goals Analyze business performance, sales trends, and market insights to identify opportunities and support decision-making Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports Maintain assortment plans, update receipts, manage sample tracking, and ensure data accuracy across merchandising systems Assist with product lifecycle processes and prepare materials for key business meetings, including investment reviews and hindsight analyses Research competitors, market trends, pricing strategies, and product assortments to inform merchandising decisions Collaborate with Planning, Sourcing, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional initiatives Build strong relationships with business partners and contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team environment Ensure timely communication of merchandising updates and critical information across stakeholders

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of merchandising experience preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of retail metrics and business performance Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management abilities Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of consumer and brand trends Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow
