Traveling Project Superintendent- Grocery

Ground Up Traveling Grocery Store Superintendent will have the ability and knowledge to construct specific types of buildings with differing materials per client specifications, have knowledge of the specific process for constructing grocery stores and good knowledge in the MEP & refrigeration processes and construction of those processes. Be able to create and harbor a safe work environment for clients and trades people. Have good software scheduling skills, create a master schedule and three and five week look ahead schedules, ability to create and sustain a team environment for the successful day to day operations of construction. Have knowledge of Quality Control software/ implementation of Quality Control, daily reporting with photos of progress, Owner updates, interface with Architects and Engineers for RFI's and problem solving.
