Staff CMP Process Development Engineer (R&D)

Micron Technology is seeking a Staff CMP PD Engineer in Boise to lead chemical mechanical planarization development and optimization for state-of-the-art memory devices. You will work with process integration, electrical failure analysis, yield improvement, and equipment vendors to drive CMP performance, cost reduction, and quality.
